As fishermen, the Pride of Bristol Bay are committed to the highest of quality and handling standards at the point of harvest, creating the unsurpassed  quality and flavor you’ll find in every one of our wild sockeye fillets and portions. We offer whole fillets and fillet portions.  The whole fillets are from the Nushagak and Egegik districts.

These are jumbo shrimp are sourced from Thailand's acquaculture programs.   The provider has a United States HACCP plan and is required to adhere to United States government regulations for processing, which provides for the safer handling and harvesting processes.  HACCP is a written plan that defines the procedures for maintaining control of potentially hazardous food at the critical control points of food preparation or processing that food handlers and processors must follow.

Mahi Mahi

Mahi Mahi is the Hawaiin name for Strong-Strong, which aptly describes the common dolphin fish. Don't worry though, it is not the kind of dolphin we know as flipper.  The Mahi-Mahi has lean flesh with a mild, sweet flavor, moderately firm texture and large, moist flakes. This fish will stand up to most methods of preparation. 

Monkfish

Sometimes known as poor man's lobster and almost always considered one of the ugliest fish in the sea, the Monkfish has a mild, slightly sweet taste. The tail meat, the only part of the fish that is used, is firm, dense and boneless. It doesn’t flake readily and is firm like scallop or lobster meat.

Red Fish also known as Ocean perch and is mild tasting and a bit sweet, with a moderately firm texture. The meat is lean, moist and flaky.  The flesh is white, though not as light as cod, and it turns opaque white when cooked.

Our Whiting is fresh off of the F/V Megan Marie or F/V Gabby G and frozen shoreside within hours of reaching the dock. This is a whole fish.  It is flaky like Cod, but is sweet like Flounder.  Its flavourful fillets can be drenched in batter, pan-fried,  grilled or poach, making it a versatile ingredient for cooking. It can also be used as a substitute for haddock, Pollock or cod.

This premium flatfish is a favorite around the world because of its sweet, mild taste and flaky, firm texture.  It is the tastiest of the flounders and to which all others are compared.  The Yellow Tail Flounder fishery has been deemed sustainably managed.

Our Yellowfin Tuna Steaks are wild caught in the North Atlantic off the Canadian coast. The steak is mild and juicy.  You can marinate and grill it, bake, broil, saute, or blacken it - this tuna can be cooked in a variety of ways depending on your desire.  They will taste amazing no matter what temperature you cook them to.
